Middle East Hospitality Awards

The Middle East Hospitality Awards rank among the region’s most prestigious industry awards programmes. In 2018, The First Group’s hugely popular hotel located in Barsha Heights, TRYP by Wyndham Dubai –the world’s biggest TRYP hotel with 675 rooms and suites – was named Four-Star Hotel of the Year. The win was a testament to the hotel’s efforts to set new benchmarks in the upscale leisure hotel sector.

KSA Ministry of Housing

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing recognised The First Group’s growing presence in the Kingdom and its services to Saudi property investors by granting the firm its WAFI award in 2018. The award acknowledges the firm’s reputation as a highly respected and credible Gulf-based real estate developer providing Saudi investors with the assurance that all current and future properties marketed by The First Group in the kingdom meet the Ministry’s licensing and regulatory requirements.
