The King's Village serves underprivileged communities in Northern Ghana. The King's Village was established by Ben and Marion Owusu-Sekyere, who moved to Tamale in 1999 and have lived and worked in the region since then. The couple established a small church in their house in 2000 and began working to help address the high levels of poverty that affected the local community, focusing on improving access to education, healthcare, clean water and sanitation.
